These Terms of Service govern your use of majbsolutionsllc.com and the services provided by MAJB Solutions LLC (doing business as Scale My Cleaning Business), 3101 N. CENTRAL AVE, STE 183 #4480, PHOENIX, AZ 85012 ("we", "us", "our"). By using our website or services, you agree to these terms.

Services

We provide business-to-business marketing and lead generation services to commercial cleaning companies, including LinkedIn outreach, prospect list building and follow-up support. Specific deliverables, fees and timelines are set out in a separate written agreement or proposal.

No guarantee of results

We work to generate conversations and opportunities, but we do not guarantee any specific number of leads, meetings, contracts or revenue.

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, respond to prospects in a timely manner, and comply with all laws that apply to your business and communications.

Fees and payment

Fees are due as stated in your agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, fees are non-refundable once services for a billing period have begun.

Intellectual property

All website content, materials and methods remain our property. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Disclaimer

Our website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, except as required by law.

Termination

Either party may end services as described in the applicable agreement. We may suspend services for non-payment or misuse.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they were last updated.
